1. Platform Use
Stayly is a staycation discovery platform designed for personal, non-commercial use. By accessing or using Stayly, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in good faith. You must provide accurate, truthful information when creating listings, submitting inquiries, or communicating with other users. Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity on the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal.
2. Host Responsibilities
Hosts listing properties on Stayly are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings. This includes providing truthful pricing information, accurate descriptions, and genuine photos. Hosts must respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner and maintain properties that meet safety and cleanliness standards as described in their listings. Stayly reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these standards.
3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for verifying all property details, pricing, and availability directly with the host before making any payments or commitments. Guests should communicate respectfully and in good faith with hosts at all times. It is the guest's responsibility to exercise due diligence before confirming any booking or transferring any payment. Stayly encourages guests to ask clarifying questions and request additional information as needed.
4. Payments & Bookings
Stayly does NOT process bookings or handle payments directly. All financial transactions occur exclusively between the guest and the host. Stayly acts solely as a discovery and connection platform — providing a space for guests to find listings and contact hosts. Stayly is not a party to any booking agreement or financial transaction. Guests and hosts are fully responsible for the terms of their own arrangements.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Stayly is not liable for any disputes, cancellations, damages, personal injuries, losses, or scams that arise from interactions between guests and hosts on or off the platform. Stayly does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the behavior of hosts or guests, or the outcome of any booking. Users engage with the platform and with each other at their own risk. Stayly strongly recommends verifying all details independently before any transaction.
6. Content Policy
All content submitted to Stayly must be accurate, original, and compliant with applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited: fake or misleading listings, false pricing or availability information, inappropriate or offensive content, unauthorized use of another person's property photos or identity, and any content that violates Philippine law or the rights of third parties. Stayly reserves the right to remove non-compliant content and suspend accounts without prior notice.
